FAQ time


- When is the delivery time? Depends on countries, usually takes around one to two weeks, maximum three weeks.

- Can I check the shipping status of my products? Yes, you will get notifications and contacted by our customer service representatives.

- Can I add orders? Surely

- How can I make a product review appointment? And where would that be? Simply leave your name and WhatsApp / Email, our customer service representative will follow up with you. At the moment, due to flight restrictions, only Hong Kong customers can make a product review appointment. 

- Which collections will be available for a product review appointment? Only for Creative Luxury and Women's Collections. 

- Can I change order? If the products are already sent out from warehouse, we would not be able to handle this. Unless the products is still pending for sent out, then it's possible for us to arrange this.
